HE SHOU WU (Fo-Ti)
He Shou Wu also known as Fo-Ti is used in traditional Chinese medicine to promote healthy ageing.

MY REVIEW
This product is not just a coffee creamer. Just like a protein powder, you can add this into your smoothies and baking for all of the amazing benefits and flavour. I love to add a teaspoon into my coffees in the morning, which subtly sweetens and adds a delicious, creamy texture and flavour. This blend is formulated with fine adaptogens known to help manage stress, calm the mind, boost the immune system and promote healthy glowing skin. You can also add this into a hot chocolate before bed, it is so versatile! I didn't know Vegan Coffee Creamer Powder existed until I tried this, and I will never go back to having plain drinks or beverages with no medicinal or nutritional benefits again.
