September is here, and for my fellow Aussies, this also means Spring has arrived! I'm over the moon about the weather finally warming up after a long, wet Winter. A new month is the perfect time to set new intentions and goals, and to reflect on the month passed. In honour of this transition I thought i'd share with you some of my favourite journalling prompts to begin the new month on a good note. Side Note: it doesn't necessarily have to be the beginning of the month when you fill out these prompts, you could do these at the beginning of the new week, or it can be anytime you want to change your direction or focus and find some new inspiration.
What were the highlights of the past month, what did you enjoy, and what went well?
What can I do to create more of these moments in the month to come?
What didn't go so well?
What can I do to avoid these situations this month? How can I change these things?
What are 3 things/habits you'd like to continue or introduce into the new month?
What are 3 ways you can show yourself love, support and compassion?
What are 3 things you'd like to achieve in this month?
What are 3 things that are holding you back from reaching your full potential?
How can you release and let go of these?
I hope some of these prompts help you to release any set backs from the past month, and welcome in new goals and intentions for the new. Your mind is a powerful tool, use it to your advantage!
